Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, then you will not be eligible for a refund
  • Returned product must be in its original packaging
  • We can’t accept used or damaged items for return
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing
  • Purchased product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Our courier will come to pick up the item  
  • Order amount will be refunded after receiving back the order
  • The refund takes from 3 -5 days
  • Delivery shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount

  • For free shipping order : shipping fees of CAD$ 7.99 will be deducted 

    incase of Partial return : the total order amount will be recalculated after deducting the returned items, and if the total order amount is less than the amount that is eligible for free shipping, then shipping fees of CAD 7.99  will be deducted

Refund will be issued in 2 options :

Original form of payment like Credit Card, Debit Cards, etc…

Or refund on Nileton Wallet at your account, so you will be able to use for future purchase 

 

How to make an exchange

  • Choose request type ( Exchange )
  • Choose method of refund ( Nileton Wallet )
  • Our courier will come for pick-up  the returned item within 2-5 days 
  • We will refund the money to your wallet at the website, then you can place a new order
  • First order Discounted Coupon Code won’t be applied on the exchange order, You can use other Discounted Coupons 
  • Shipping fees of CAD$ 7.99  will be paid for the exchanged item

How to make order cancelation

Fill the below form with the next details:

    • Choose the request type (Order Cancelation)
    • Write the reason for the cancelation at the comment section
    • Then press “Submit” button
